Immediately taken back upon arrival. The same wonderful person stayed with me through the entire process, including x-rays, the exam and consultation. Everything was thoroughly explained and all questions were answered. If going to the Dentist could ever be pleasant, this trip was!
I have been a patient for over five years now. It is always a pleasant experience seeing Dr. Hammond and his staff. They go above and beyond to make sure I am greeted upon arrival, comfortable during procedures, seen out the door after my appointment. On top of all of that, they follow up to make sure everything went smoothly. I know that Dr. Hammond and his staff always put my oral hygiene first. As long as I am in Utah, Dr. Hammond will be my go to dentist.
This review has been a long time coming, but maybe it’s important for prospective patients to understand that Dr. Hammond and his staff’s hard work stands the test of time. My dental health has been an issue for most of my life. Almost 3 years ago I had 8 crowns installed and it transformed my smile. My overall health has improved too. You can do your own research on that. I was nervous my chompers might look unnatural or cause further dental problems but Dr. Hammond’s expertise is unparalleled in Utah County. His work somehow managed to make me feel like myself again. Beyond that, and probably the most important part: I’ve been using these puppies practically 24/7 ever since I got ’em. I feel confident eating crunchy food again, and in a scuffle these biters will leave quite a mark. They’re just as perfect now. Finally, Dr. Hammond’s staff are especially helpful and understanding- they truly leave judgement at the door. Whether your hurdles are hygienic or financial, they are earnest in finding you solutions. They’ve helped me through weekend toothaches/emergency appointments, gum health improvement, and one tumultuous break up. Thank you all and I’m sorry I keep forgetting to schedule my next appointment.
